I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM in Oct 2007

Interview

There were three people interviewing me, each in different rooms. They would range from an overall personality interview that went into my experience at tech, how I'd approach problems, what I'm interested in, a technical interviewer that asked me to create SQL statements, and an interviewer that asked me where I wanted my career to go. One interviewer was with IBM for no longer than two years, one was with IBM for about 5-10 years, and the last was with IBM for upwards of 20 years so that you can ask questions regarding their experience. A type of aptitude test was also administered. Sort of like an IQ test that asks you to match patterns
