Question 1
Welche Themen würden Sie beim Kunden platzieren?
11 months to complete the entire process, and 8 interviews, pretty much all similar, all were enthusiasts. then the offer letter is ridiculous, it does mentions very few things. I was meant to be hired as sales it was mentioning the base but nothing about the OTE. so you have to negotiate even the basics.
Also they mention that you will have the car as a sales, but in reality you are going to pay the car as PRIVATE lease and IBM will pay the insurance.
They tell you health insurance is included, which is not, unless you pay almost half fee they will activate one, and you are going to pay the full annual subscription to keep it alive.
The base pay is great.
It was a 3 months process with 5 interviews, verbal offer that I have accepted. Waited for the actual contract to be signed only to be ghosted. After a few weeks HR called to say that the position was put on hold. A major disappointment.
