Interview
Someone selected my resume in initial screening, then i was called for face to face interview. There were two rounds of interview on the same day. At end of the day we were told about the result unofficially and received an official mail in couple of days from the vendor.

Question 1
What is defect leakage? A scenario was given, and I was asked to write the conditions I will test. Other questions were there on past experience and basic concepts on User Acceptance Testing.

For permanent role it would be take 3-4 rounds in which first will be English checking round. Then 2nd and 3rd will be technical round.4 th will be managerial that is only just for formality

First round mostly concentrated on Defect life cycle, automation procedures, Testing methodologies.
Second round was purely technical and final round was HR

I was campus interviewed with minimal technical questions. Had around 5 rounds of interview out of which final interview was with HR. Found interesting and accepted offer after which was given training to suit the role. Placed in relevant projects and helped gain business knowledge as well
