Interview
The whole process goes through a single day assessment with different exercises. In my case it was a Mathematical/Logical write test (20 questions-ish), followed by 3 "team exercises". It's everything about how do you cooperate with other persons you never seen before to achieve a goal (simple or a bit harder).
After lunch it goes for individual interviews, one usually is a presentation and the other two are competencies and technical.
They questioned me about the template I've filled to apply for the job, asking me details on the situations presented there.
You don't usually get a lot of technical questions cause I think that's beside the point, but it's all on the interviewer (anyway they accept people for all degrees, so if you are not from IT they will rarely ask you about that).
The day was really tiring, but I found the experience positive. You get to talk with a lot of people working there and to see the place.
After I got an e-mail telling me I passed the assessment, I had to do a phone interview with a manager offering me a job.
