I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM (Nashville, TN) in Feb 2017
Interview
I applied through my university and did my interview on-campus in February. It was a 3 part interview and each part lasted 30 minutes. The first part was about my experience, the next was questions about how I would handle certain situations that may come up while consulting, and the final part was a case study. The questions were fairly straightforward and based around common sense. The case study was very easy, revolving around 2 similar businesses and why one wasn't doing as well as the other. As long as you recognize that technology will impact business operations (of course) and know a bit about costs vs revenue, it's incredibly easy.

Interview
1.5 hours long. They were nice, went through my resume, asked me a few personal questions to get to know me and then went to a coding part. For the coding part, not only did they want to test my technical skills, but they also wanted me to integrate design thinking methodology.
