There was a referral process. Then submitted my resume and application then had a meeting to do a one-on-one interview with the employer working in the team. Then asked me any questions I have on the job or the company.

Consulting interview, answered behaviourals on different situations and about your resume and skills. Data Science interviews have a technical and behavioral portion that you do on separate days. Read their technologies page
First round was a case interview and final round was a behavioral interview with a more senior member of the team. Each interview was 45 minutes with one member from the team.
There was only 1 round of interview. Heard from recruiter 1 month after submitted application. Interview was 1 hour and did not seem structured at all; it went over a mix of technical and behavioral topics.
