Interview
included two hr rounds and one basic aptitude round. Prepare basc apti for aptitude round. Normally they select almost all the candidates. All you need is communication for this job. This was IBM GTS and not GBS. In last, only 2 were selected out of 200 and I was also not selected.
There are about 5 rounds , A few telephonic rounds to check technical skills taken by managers.

Got a call from an agency, did a preliminary interview with agency person, then met the manager at IBM in his office. Very laid-back, basic question nothing fancy. I got an offer on the spot. They were desperate to find good bilingual agents.
