I applied online and got a Hackerrank a day later. The questions and were around easy to medium difficulty. They stated that they were mainly looking for how efficient your algorithms were for the coding questions. I then received an email from a recruiter telling me I passed and that they would like to schedule a technical interview.

They asked me questions about my previous job experience then gave me a leetcode easy and a leetcode hard question. Solved the first fairly easily with the optimal solution, but the second I was not able to finish.
One technical round where technical knowledge was tested, one managerial round where they introduced about the background of work that will be done and one hr round for salary negotiation

I recently underwent an interview process at IBM, where the engaging conversation delved into my technical expertise and collaborative skills. The thorough evaluation highlighted IBM's commitment to selecting individuals who align seamlessly with their innovative and dynamic work culture.
There wasn't an HR interview, straight to a technical interview with 2 interviewers and the team leader was on the call. Asked 2 coding questions by the first interview and a coding exercises with 3 questions by the second. Friendly interviewers but I took a while to answer the questions so I could tell that wasn't what why they were looking for.
