      round 1: Group Discussion round 2: Voice and Accent round 3: HR/Tecnical Very basic networking concepts(such as ip address/OSI model/ firewalls) were asked in the tecnical round.

      I was asked to explain a bit about IP addresses and virtual systems. Once the tech interview was done it went onto the communication skill related questions which basically tested you on your punctuation.

      Interview was nothing special. I had interview with HR first then with the manager and they hired me, but the hiring period took too long. I cannot say that the hiring process was hard as there are companies with many cycles on hiring process and this one was not one of them

      The interview process of IBM is very systematic and there were smooth transitions after every round. Each round will be clearly explained as to what the HR representative will be expecting from you.
