I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Dublin, Dublin) in Nov 2019
Interview
The process was completing several assessments prior to being contacted by HR. Then a video answering questions followed then by a two person interview. No specific feedback provided. Also was requested to present without a specific context and not allowed to use power point made it uncomfortable to the interviewee. Felt like my time was not appreciated would not recommend this to others.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at IBM (Bengaluru) in Feb 2023
Interview
Contacted by the recruitment team, basic questions about the experience and technologies and why want to change. Next 2 technical rounds, followed by one hiring manager round. The entire process took hardly 2 weeks and everything was seamless. I like the way they scheduled interviews, the hiring team, interviewers and hiring manager value your time and mental state. They don't keep you waiting for the result of interviews. More importantly, all were very patient in answering all my questions about my role, work culture, the project I may be working on (if selected), and IBM future business perspective etc
