I had a total of 3 interviews with 3 people in attendance each time. They asked a lot of questions to gauge my personality and to understand the types of situations I had dealt with during my software engineering career. I thought they had a friendly demeanor and the questions were fair. I have not received an offer yet, but even so I thought that they deserved a good review for the way they interviewed. It is clear they have great management in Austin and I would recommend anyone to work with the people I interviewed with.
