Interview
IBM came to our college on 16th Jan.First there was an aptitude test.It was pretty simple but it had negative marks.Mathematical Apti:3 Sections.First was about Matrices, next was number series and last was Reasoning.Number series had 4 mins for 20 questions. Was the simplest.Reasoning was simple too if u are clear with your basic School concepts. There were two interviews.Technical and HR.The Technical Interview was a cakewalk for me.Being well-versed technically I answered everything. My project based questions were really good.Asked to explain my role,What I did,How I did.... searching query. She was impressed with my technical knowledge and resume. Then she asked me my weakness in technical-PI.I answered about writing my papers slowly getting a KT and being arrogant.I was very honest.HR was very similar.Same questions. In my opinion it is very difficult to prepare for an interview. It's better to have an open mind instead.
