Habia que planear una mision a Marte en diferentes pasos y en cada paso habia que utilizar las soluciones de IBM. Esto se hacia en quipos. Luego, se debia exponer la planificacion hecha. Por ultimo habia una ronda de preguntas.

Smooth process with HR phone screen followed by technical interview. Questions focused on previous projects, problem-solving, and role knowledge. Interviewers were friendly and explained each step clearly, process is good overall
It’s very easy, was a quick call, and they asked about behavioral questions and skills. Told me that if they liked my profile they would call me in the next days.
