HR phone interview for basic information regarding your experiences. Online cognitive test that is a series of games that test your basic math and problem solving abilities. Technical interview with manager where they ask coding questions (data structures and algorithms). Finish line event to test collaboration abilities.

Fair. Not so difficult, everyday questions. The people were friendly. I think it would be a good place to work. I can't compare it with other interviews since this is the first one I got
