Interview
The first interview was in person with the head of the department for about an hour. The second interview was with the director of the business division and he basically said that except for the formal hiring process he wants me on his team. Then after a week, I had a phone interview because I was abroad with the person who would be my direct manager and it went well. However, after a three months process, the HR officer called and said IBM is not currently hiring employees. The total process time was about 3-4.
