I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Taichung) in May 2015
Interview
I think it was the first round interview over skype. The recruiter asked me to use an online editor, so that he could see my coding in action and thought process. He didn't seem that nice in his tone though it was rather easy. Thus, I was a little nervous, so my code didn't look that delicate and concise, and its been 10 days since the interview. So, I am not sure if I passed the first round or not. I am still waiting currently.

Interview
It was online test, 10 mcqs and coding questions. Every individual gets a personalised link which should not be disclosed to others. Which I did and regret it. All the best guys
The process went through the traditional data structures and algorithms for your typical software engineering interview. I would recommend practicing in one language specifically beforehand and understanding all of its benefits and limitations, and being able to analyze the time and space complexity of your code.
