IBM recruitment process includes three rounds, composed of a written test and interviews. These rounds are aimed at selecting candidates based on their abilities, knowledge, skills, experience and other related factors. A good selection process can help to pick the most eligible candidates amongst all applicants.
Fair. Not so difficult, everyday questions. The people were friendly. I think it would be a good place to work. I can't compare it with other interviews since this is the first one I got

the interview process was through i met with various recruiters and team leads i did a take home test before hand and i listed about my experiences everyone was kind
