I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Bengaluru) in Sep 2016
Interview
The whole interview consisted of two rounds of interviews lasting around 1.5 hours. Although both were supposed to be F2F but the first one had to me made over the phone as the interviewer was not well. It went well. Since this is a people manager role, most of the questions were related to people management and core operations. SLA's, escalations, attrition, CSAT, client handling etc were some of the things which were repeatedly discussed. Overall it went well.
