I really recommend
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Edmonton, AB)
Interview
Two meetings with local team members, one with hiring manager. Fairly straightforward interview, as I was interviewing for a entry level role. They look for you to be knowledgeable about tech and eager to learn
The interview had multiple steps, starting with an AI asking tough recorded questions. I disliked the AI format. The second step was a screening call, making the process feel lengthy.
