It was just a phone interview with the manager and some other engineers and was pretty casual. They just asked me about my research experience, made sure I had used the equipment that I would be using with them.

Tell us about your research experience. Have you had experience with this certain tool?
A couple interviews with technical staff. Problem was that management indicated moving from hybrid model to full in office. That wasn't going to fly when I was doing the same job for a competitor fully remote
Very easy going, laid back. Great environment. More questions about fit than technical questions. They have a wonderful culture and are looking for those who will align with their values.

In Bangalore.learned lot in ibm during working in ibm. Storage and service management worked in it during the tenure.different aspects of technology learned in it.
