I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM (Baton Rouge, LA) in Apr 2015
Interview
The interview consisted two parts, one technical and one functional interview. The technical interview asked questions pertaining to your technical skills to understand what you knew for the position you were applying for and the functional asked you more of the traditional interview questions. It lasted a total of about an hour and a half. It was not too intimidating very friendly people.
