Coding Interview using C++ or Java followed by an actual interview where they ask you the classic questions, followed by a QnA where you ask them questions about the company and the job.
Fair. Not so difficult, everyday questions. The people were friendly. I think it would be a good place to work. I can't compare it with other interviews since this is the first one I got

the interview process was through i met with various recruiters and team leads i did a take home test before hand and i listed about my experiences everyone was kind
