The initial stage of the selection process involved an online aptitude assessment conducted on the HackerRank platform. This assessment, designed to evaluate fundamental problem-solving and programming skills, had a total duration of 90 minutes. Within this time frame, candidates were required to tackle a combination of coding challenges and multiple-choice questions. Specifically, the assessment comprised three Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) problems, ranging in difficulty from easy to medium, designed to test practical coding abilities. In addition to the coding component, the aptitude test included 15 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). These MCQs were focused on evaluating a candidate's understanding of basic problem-solving techniques and core programming concepts, ensuring a comprehensive assessment of their foundational knowledge.
