Took so long to get an interview after a coding assessment and only gave me a days notice for the first interview with no accommodations had to take time off my current job

The interview was in-person. After the interview, which was supposedly standard for an entry role, I was asked if I could start almost immediately, only to receive a regret email.

The interview process consisted of four rounds in total. The first two rounds focused on behavioural analysis and English proficiency to evaluate communication skills and personality. After that, there was a coding round to assess programming ability, followed by a technical interview to evaluate technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
