2 Phone interviews followed by an on-site interview. The position was supposedly put on hold due to COVID 19, but after receiving positive feedback and promises that the recruiter would keep me updated she never responded to my emails or calls and I had to follow up myself with the company only to find out months later from that the position had been filled and I had been lied to. Its 2020 and recruiters still believe its acceptable to ghost candidates, lie and waste everyone's time even after an in person meeting, the least I could have got was a quick call or email but nothing. So unprofessional.
