I did not make it to the interview process. This role was listed as 'remote' at the time that I applied, but after submitting my resume, I received an email that, "...this role will not be a Remote role but will be situated in the DC metro area per the contract." I am providing negative feedback on this application/interview process as a result. This group should not be allowed to post inaccurate job advertisements. This feels like 'baiting and switching' on candidates. TLDR: New method for weeding out job applicants: post a job ad as 'remote' - but revoke that status after candidates apply to the job.
