ICF Junior Digital Communication Officer interview questions

I applied online, got an email asking me how I am a fit for this role, two weeks later I got an email saying I had an interview. During the interview I talked to 2 people, I know who they are, but not sure what they mean for the role. One of them didn't seem as engaged as the other. Two weeks later I got an email saying we won't proceeding further.
