Great Hiring Manager experience.
HR was rude and diminished my freelancing experience to nothing. He had a hard time processing a guy who ran a successful venture and made his own money to sponsor my education. I was about to show my bank statements to him just to make my point that I made more money in less time, and by not being rude to others.
