First round was with BM and CH. They asked about banking experience, target handling, team management and DSA sales. Questions were mix of practical and product based. Process was smooth and professional. BM was very supportive.

First round is Aptitude, second round is gd and third round is inter view , mainly mba graduate are preferred by them or who have banking knowledge .there is no incentive option available for the employee
