the interview process consisted of resume shortlisting, then there is a group discussion round, and finally personal interview. in resume shortlisting they mainly focused on CGPA. after that in group discussion same previous year GD topics were taken, which was element of surprise. some topics were - Future of work in 2020, RED, etc. there main purpose i think was on communication skills, general knowledge of subjects which you have mentioned in your resume. also you should know tour resume very well.

It was direct interview after cv screening which was straight forward that will you be able to do sales and stay in sales for how long both on location and will you leave the organisation.

It was a campus placement. First a OA was taken by bank in online mode. It was of 1 hr. After that interview was scheduled for selected candidates.
During my B. Tech placements, Round 1, consisted of an MCQ test, primarily focusing on coding and including some challenging questions. In the Interview round, I was mostly asked hr questions and questions related to my projects. There was a panel and they were all off camera
