very easy overall process dont go for this bank .through p.o program they will provide ypou a loan and will ruin your life .so dont even think of it.they will ask u go out of the branch and stand on corner road and sell insuarance to everyone on road and it happens to every employee

I had applied from the ICICI website for PO role. Then I had to complete my aptitude test where questions are very easy. Then there is a psychometric test which was not a elimination round. Final round was personal interview.
Simple call you grow exam than the shortlisted and after interview the feel you abt the will post you anywhere in India and the post you u have to pay 4lac for the job and 1 year of your life for the 25k salary
