It's an easy process. Case based gd and an easy pi no issues if you wish this profile. Process is smooth and quick. They look for flexibility nothing else. Also little bit of Cv but not much

Do not appreciate what your professionalism just want to take a advantage of your resources.
Only leave benefits to their own colleagues but discriminated and disrespect others.
