Entry Level, just one HR round , We were shortlisted based on our resumes and they mostly had business development roles and we were hired for the same. The HR round was just a formality and they mostly tested if we were interested to work or no
It was a smooth process. Interviewers were very professional. They have conducted the interview very nicely . Explained all the role details and company details . Overall it was a very great experience . My interview during was around 15 min
The interview was easy to moderate, they basically checking the communication, interpersonal skills and basic knowledge of banking terms.
Also, providing scenarios related to questions about their services and products.
