Interview
It was a very smooth process and was really good. It had three rounds. First, there was an aptitude test, second, there was group discussion, and third was personal interview.
Very Chill process as the questions were mostly asked related to CV, HR and behavioral types. Go with an open mindset for learning and inquisitiveness, and it should reflect from your answers.
So this was campus recruitment for summer internship in a b school, they had very random kind of shortlist but I think good academics had a upper hand in it. They took only one interview and wanted to know interest in sales and location flexibility. If you say yes to this spontaneously then you have good chances considering you gave good answer to hygiene questions
