I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ICICI Bank (Bilāspur, Chhattisgarh) in Jun 2022
Interview
I cleared the technical round of interview and got a call from HR team that I've been shortlisted for the role and for further process I need to complete the documentation process and accordingly I'll get the offer letter and then on the contrary I didn't get any call after that, so I started following up with the HR and one day received a call from the HR and he asked certain questions about my work experience, qualification and preferred location and then rejected me after that by saying that we don't have a fit position for you now.
My one question from the entire HR Team - when you don't have a fit position for a candidate then how come you people call the candidate and say "your profile is shortlisted for this particular role".
It was really disappointing, unprofessional and you literally lost a good resource.
