Interview
A group discussion round followed by interview round that was typically HR orientated and basic understanding of Management related knowledge. Clearly specified role requirements and deliverables. Can be cracked with optimum amount of preparation.
Very Chill process as the questions were mostly asked related to CV, HR and behavioral types. Go with an open mindset for learning and inquisitiveness, and it should reflect from your answers.
So this was campus recruitment for summer internship in a b school, they had very random kind of shortlist but I think good academics had a upper hand in it. They took only one interview and wanted to know interest in sales and location flexibility. If you say yes to this spontaneously then you have good chances considering you gave good answer to hygiene questions
