Interview
The interview was very much dependent upon the CV and some behavioral questions. and some domain-related questions. One round of interviews was there. Selected 8 out of 15 candidates. First round was CV shortlist after that GD and PI.
Very Chill process as the questions were mostly asked related to CV, HR and behavioral types. Go with an open mindset for learning and inquisitiveness, and it should reflect from your answers.
So this was campus recruitment for summer internship in a b school, they had very random kind of shortlist but I think good academics had a upper hand in it. They took only one interview and wanted to know interest in sales and location flexibility. If you say yes to this spontaneously then you have good chances considering you gave good answer to hygiene questions
