Interview
The first shortlist was based on our Resume followed by a Group discussion. The GD was on a case study which was displayed during the GD. We were given 15mins to prepare. The next round was personal interview.
Very Chill process as the questions were mostly asked related to CV, HR and behavioral types. Go with an open mindset for learning and inquisitiveness, and it should reflect from your answers.
So this was campus recruitment for summer internship in a b school, they had very random kind of shortlist but I think good academics had a upper hand in it. They took only one interview and wanted to know interest in sales and location flexibility. If you say yes to this spontaneously then you have good chances considering you gave good answer to hygiene questions
