The process starts with an IQ test to identify your fit for the department. If you are applying for a treasury role,then there is an additional arithmetic test.Though this test is post joining,effectively the rules don't allow you to start work before completing the test. Once the test is over, you have a one on one pr panel interview depending on the discretion of the HR and the hiring manager.If you have passed the interview,the HR will sent you an offer letter within two weeks and also give you a call. Then you can take it ahead for negotiation with them.
