I had a really pleasant experience during my interview. The interviewer was a senior employee but she made me feel very comfortable right from the start. The conversation flowed naturally rather than feeling like a rigid Q&A session, and she genuinely seemed interested in getting to know me and my background. All the questions were competency based, so if you're preparing, I'd recommend having your STAR stories ready and being able to speak confidently about your past experiences.
Overall a smooth and welcoming process. Would recommend going in relaxed and just being yourself.
