I really wanted to like this company, but while touring the Farmingdale facility, I had a few first impressions that left me feeling unsure. The laboratory benches were in a large, open room, with glass windows. I worked many years in a fish bowl and I wasn't about to do it again. With all the experience I had in the industry, they still would only offer $65,000 to work as a laboratory scientist there.

Straight forward phone conversation followed by zoom meeting with several participants. Was given plenty of opportunity to ask questions and see if this was the right fit. No real surprises throughout the process.
