Interview
Applied online. I then had a brief phone interview with an ICON recruiter. Basically a screen for getting an in person interview. Was then interviewed by two managers at the same time, one over the phone and one in person. Was called by the recruiter later the same day and offered the job. I accepted the job and started work two weeks later.

It was a 2 weeks long selection process. I applied on LinkedIn on a Monday and got a reply on Thursday. Invited for a virtual interview. Got back to me within a week with an offer.

Interview
3 interviews; 1st one is screening, 2nd with the line manager and 3rd with HR. It was a long, tedious process. Was asked normal interview questions, mostly behavioural questions. Like “how do you handle pressure at work?”
