I sit for iconma interview in kolkata for noida office and my experience was pretty positive.There was 3 round first was group discussion,they gave us a topic and then we had to talk about it for 10 min. then there was an essay writing test. and final round was p.i .in PI they asked me whether i am comfortable for working at night shift or not. and they tell me about the job description.
Good process. Contacted by email to assess my interest. A telephone interview took place next. They decided to hire me contingent on background check, and drug screening. Drug screening schedule was delayed. Not sure what happened.

Interview
There were three rounds, Group discussion followed by English test and later PI. Topic for GD was, "Computers bring unemployment". 10-12 people were in a group. Only I was selected from group.
English test consisted of writing a paragraph on given topic. My topic was related to Food.
PI was scheduled for next dayand started with basic introduction and intrests. They check your communication skills.
