1 st round went well. He digged exactly what they need and what we are. 2 nd round got very bad took lot of time even after performing well got negitive feedback.
Pathetic interview process. They take sourcing test with experienced professionals. Everyone has different way to do the thing. But this company didn't care.
Very lengthy process. I never seen this kind of interview process anywhere.
