I applied online. I interviewed at ICR (Denver, CO) in Jan 2023
Interview
Basic interview first going into background and prior work experience followed with a couple easy leetcode problems and behavioral questions. Interviewers were polite and professional the entire time. No design system exercises or anything like that.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ICR
Interview
Interviewed with program lead on teams I was interested. Fairly straightforward process, got a good overview of company and work. No trick questions. Process varies depending on the team within the company.
Talked with a recruiter and then some folks at the office I had applied too. All over the phone. Process felt a bit disorganized, like they didn’t have a good handle on what they needed and there was a lot of communication/scheduling issues on their end.
I had a interview at this company. There was a few steps, with questions about my work and how I solve problems. It was a normal interview, nothing unusal happend.
