The interview was informal but thorough and it seems like they're looking for 'fit' as much qualification. Knowing and preparing for the exact position you want would be very helpful, as I was unsure until late in the process. The company is still a startup but it is a larger one, so they do have a good deal of structure in place and departments and a budding bureaucracy, so if you're looking for the startup-in-a-garage experience this isn't quite that. It's still small enough to appreciate hard working and dedicated individuals who want to go all in within their position.
