1) Invited to interview by a Recruiter, 2) Introduced to the CPO for initial discussion, 3) Online testing , 4) Prepared a presentation for CPO & COS, 5) Panel cultural interview with various staff members Overall I had a great experience. I was a bit disappointment in the feedback after the interview. The only feedback I received was that some of the team members I interviewed with had challenges connecting with me which resulted in no offer. The role I was interviewing for is very complex and specialty which is how I conducted my discussions to use data to solve some of their challenges. For other applicants, I would strongly encourage to really practice on relating to your audience on the panel interview. Especially due to everyone being on video and completely remote right now. I think it brings an extra challenge to being able to connect with individuals to make a decision on if they like you for the role with only a few minutes to get to know each other. This company has great potential and I enjoyed having the opportunity to interview.
