I applied for several roles with the company over a period of time. First with an outside recruiter then directly with the company. The interview process with the recruiter was the most involved. After that and applying directly, the interview process was non-existent. Each time, I would get a response saying they were looking for someone with "technical experience". I think that is a canned response because I've seen many other candidates say the same thing. It's probably best I don't consider this company any further. Also seeing the poor customer feedback validates that decision.
