Applied online. Recruiter called me saying how excited she was about my profile. Next had a brief call with the hiring manager, who indicated I was a 'strong candidate'. Next step was the Wunderlic aptitude test. After completing the test, the recruiter said I did 'exceptionally well' and asked me to do a 'technical skill assessment' project. Spent several hours on the project, only never to hear back. Every time I reached out for feedback, I got a different delay tactic. Eventually I was told they went with a different candidate. No feedback on the project I'd provided. Communication from recruiting showed an incredibly callous disregard of applicants.
