Interview
The interview process was virtual be a of COVID. It starts out with your recruiter sending you an email to complete a wonderlic assessment then once you pass IDme will send you an email to schedule the interview. You are guaranteed to be interviewed by three people and the fourth interview is a mock trial for the trusted referee role. I made it to the 4th interview and got a call back from my recruiter the next day saying they want to hire me as a trusted referee.
